RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (Note, due to all items being limited edition we are unable to offer exchanges). All items must be returned unworn and their original condition and packaging. Except in the event of a wrong item being sent, or a faulty item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we are unable to provide any refunds until the item has been received at our fulfilment centre. In the unlikely event of a wrong or faulty item being received, please contact us and we will assist you with the returns process.
If returning an item please complete the enclosed returns slip and ensure it is placed in with the item, as without this will not be able to identify the original order, and will therefore be unable to issue a refund. Please note, refunds may take 7/10 days to process once received.
