SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order. Once shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking details (if applicable to your chosen courier service).

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or DHL Next Working Day, both options being available at checkout. All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, or Non Tracked post, both options available at checkout. Note, if selecting a Non Tracked service we are unable to accept any responsibility for any packages should they be lost in the postal service. All orders outside of the UK may be subject to local duty and tax, and any such charges are the full responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accept any such charges or assist with any customs clearance. For all tracked services (UK & International), all parcels will be deemed delivered upon successful receipt of a delivery notification by the carrier.

Transit times for the UK are 24/48 hours depending on service. International tracked deliveries take 4-8 days approximately, and non-tracked 5-10 days (guide only).
